If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return your product(s) within 14 calendar days, starting from the arrival date of your order. You will receive store credit to purchase anything up to the value of your previous order upon receiving your store credit.

Refunds via your original payment method are only eligible on purchases that have arrived damaged or otherwise not as described. A return for refund for damaged and or incorrect goods must be arranged within 7 calendar days of your order’s arrival to your address.

Please note, should you wish to return an item, you must follow the process above, otherwise returns will not be accepted beyond the specified timeframes.
